Amway Global is the pioneer in Network Marketing. Their parent company is called Alticor. In 1999 Amway opened up Quixstar North America Online. It caught on quick; #1 in repeat sales online and Billion Dollar Company (8 billion in sales in 2008) and the second fasted company to reach that level online (Dell- 3years, Amway Global/Quixtar 4 years). Because of the rapid growth, Alticor decided to make Quixtar sister companies with a company called Amway. Amway started in the in 1969 as a hand to hand distribution company, it fazed out of the US but flourished world wide. So this thing is owned by two Billionares the DeVos and Van Andel families. Amway Global is one of the biggest buying and retail sites in the world for customers and Independent Business Owners. Because Quixstar has grown so much over the past couple of years they have decided to go through merger that will be done in March of 09. They are going to combine all of the companies and call it Amway Global. Amway has bigger market recognition kinda like cingular and AT&T. When they do, they will be a $7 Billion Dollar company and the 19th largest privately held company in the world.

They have exclusive products like:

* Nutrilite- A Vitamin Supplement Company- that started 1927. 1st company to make multi vitamins and vitamins supplements in the world. There products are completely organic. They do 3 Billion Worldwide in sales and just dropped their prices 10%-20%.

* Atistry Cosmetic & Skin Care Company- #2 prestige brand of cosmetics and skin care. Up there w/ Clinique and Licombe, Este Lauder and Channel but ½ the price. Did 1.1 billion worldwide in sales in 2007.

* XS Energy Drinks Energy Drink Company- 13 different Flavors, Vitamin B12 for sustainable energy. Most have 0grams of sugar and 0 carbohydrates.

You can get anything from Athletic wear to Toothbrushes, to Healthy Meals. IBO(Independent Business Owners) use and market Amaway Global shopping mall and receive a percentage of the profits.
