Having trouble coming up with Video Ideas? Not sure what to say when you have your idea?
This Article will cure this all too common issue for newbies and veterans.
Step 1: Decide on the primary purpose and objective of the video. Do you want to sell a product or service? Is it to educate the audience or product demonstration? It needs to have an overriding purpose or the audience will get confused. Try stating your objective in one sentence Ex: “This video is about how to Use facebook to effectively generate leads for your business”
Step 2: Who is your target market? You want to touch on topics that they would be naturally interested in. Ex: Lead Generation, Top 5 frustrations in MLM, How to determine the quality of a MLM opportunity, Difference in pay plans etc
Step 3: Decide how you will present the topic. Will it be humorous or factual or light-hearted and lively? Will the presenter be on screen or an unseen narrator? You also want to try to have a balance of information and persuasion. You want to present the info in a factual tone as well as pursued the viewer by feelings emotions, and entertainment.
Step 4: Now its time to plan the structure of the video. It must have a beginning middle and end. The beginning should grab peoples attentions. Ask a question, make a bold statement. The middle should balance emotion and facts. Answer the questions and state facts that back it up, and relate to the viewer. The end must always have a call to action! Tell them to opt into your form or click on a link.
Step 5: Work out the best duration of the video by boiling down the essence of the message and conveying that in the shortest possible timeframe. Make sure you are concise and too the point, don’t drag the video on if it is just you saying a message. That would be a 2 min max. If you are taking them on a journey while walking it is easier to keep them engaged so that video can be longer. Also if you are doing a power point the video can last longer. Remember no matter what there is a 10 min max for Youtube.
Step 6: Remember to follow this project through to the end. Keep in mind that you may need to edit the video but don’t continue to put it off. An unfinished video sitting on your desktop doesn’t do you any good. Also remember that the more relevant content you have out there the more perceived and actual value you have.
Step 7: Set a deadline. You should have a time that you want to video completed and uploaded to the video sites.
Step 8: Research and acquire information and element to include in the video. Elements might include artwork, logos, your background and music. Keep in mind the more unique the more engaged people will be.
Step 9: Have some sort of script or outline. If you are not prepared then you will find yourself recording the same video over and over or just having to edit it multiple times. You want to get this done right on the 1st try so that you can upload it ASAP!
Step 10: Time to record. Find a setting that fits the theme of the video and get it done. Make sure there are no distractions like background noise or cars driving by etc.
Now that you know the steps you can go out and make effective videos. You will need more specifics in order to be a video master and you will need a mentor to help assist you. Opt in below for some one on one help.

“When analyzing your website (social media, blog, videos & Landing pages), product literature, or advertising, answer the following questions to ensure consistency in the quality of your brand identity:
-Is this material unique(color scheme or banner, for example) to the brand or is there a chance that it will be confused with brand element of the competition?- This is why I say Don’t copy. Chances are the people who are following you have been following your mentors or people you look up to. They see you copy and they will unfollow and see you as less valuable.
-Is this material used consistently across all current marketing channels?- in other words keep the same profile picture on all social networks for congruency.
-Is the material memorable, but in line with the heritage or history of the brand? People tend to remember things that are out of the ordinary- Do elements exist that can be tied back to the brand? You want interesting post titles that grab readers attention but you want to make sure that the post coincides with the title for you will turn people off! See: Free Blogging Techniques Training
-Is the material clear and understandable?- Make sure that you write like you talk but you don’t want your readers to be turned off. Don’t try to use big words and make this a college essay.
-Is the material honest and truthful, making genuine representations in line with the promises of the brand?- Do not inflate numbers or make outrageous claims. In this industry you always want to under promise and over deliver. This goes a long way with your prospects.
-Is the material professional, yet personal, and does it express the values and benefits of the brand? As I said before be yourself but make sure you stay congruent with your overall message. Every post should express the value of working with you directly.

You see when it comes to creating an online presence and following you need to brand yourself like Coca Cola. Obviously you will not be sought after for a refreshing beverage but you must be the go-to person for information and news stories in your niche.
According to Peter Prestipino(Editor-In-Chief of Website Magazine, Feb 2010) there is a “framework” in which you should follow in order to build and maintain the brand of a business. Since you are in business for yourself, you should apply these to your personal branding…
Phase One- Create The Brand
Step One: Identify the human side and personality of the brand. This means that you should be yourself. You want to model yourself after the leaders who are successful but keep your personality in everything you do. Be careful though, you want to make sure your messages are congruent and you do no confuse your followers. see Tiger Woods Facebook Mistake
Step Two: Find value behind the brand. Ask yourself why should people be following you and reading your posts. You must build value to your prospects. This can be done by buying courses and reading books. Conducting interviews of Leaders in your Niche as well as getting testimonies are great ways of creating value.
Step Three: Identify the emotional benefits of the brand: eg; the promotion of pleasure and avoidance of failure. Once again testimonies for your products and people who have benefited from your coaching as well.
Step Four: Establish a core belief in the brand, addressing what ultimately expresses the brand essence accurately. Create a mission statement and have it in your about me section of your blog as well are your profile descriptions for the social networks.
Step Five: Reduce the mission statement into a core one-line statement or Mantra. This would be a slogan that translates the benefits of the core belief or mission to prospects. Also to put in About me Section.
Step Six: Develop the appearance of the brand and its artistic elements. Use info from previous steps to influence the brand identity. This would be your profile pictures, videos, blog layout, and landing pages. As I said earlier model those who are doing well but be yourself and DO NOT COPY exactly what others are doing.
