Keep in mind that the goal is for someone to open the email. Make sure its something that will catch the reader’s attention. They need to open the email and then the next step is to get them to go to your site. You should have a call to action and make sure your site is visible and shows up a few times in the email. Your signature should also have your phone number and site in it. You will get a least a couple of leads per mailing. This can be used along with whatever other marketing strategies you are using. Stay consistent and you will see results.

Before I get started I just want to tell you that you can not be too aggressive or facebook will kick you off! You must understand that Facebook is the 4th largest trafficked site on the internet. If you are marketing online you should most definitely be using facebook in your arsenal. There is a right and a wrong way to market on facebook and below is the exact blueprint I use to generate leads daily.

1. Adding Friends- Know your target market and find groups that support them. Ex: MLM or Mike Dillard etc. Manually add 30-50 people per day from these groups.

2. Adding Groups- Join as many big groups in your target market as possible. 5000 or more people. This way you can see what the competition is doing and you can emulate that with your group.

3. Start your own group- Use text and a picture for the group picture. Ex: How we are generating 100+ leads per month in our MLM companies. Once a week add all of the targeted friends to this group. Send a personal message. Ex: Hey Fellow Networker joing our free training and see how we are generating 25 free MLM leads per week.

4. Broadcast Messages- Once you have a group you can broadcast a message to the entire group. You can send an update on new info, send webinar details etc.

5. Wall Posts On Groups- Create 4 or 5 adds. Post one on each group everyday
ex:
Not getting leads in you MLM
Neither was I Until I found This…
50-100 leads per month

(Do not post rapidly. Add 5 friends then post)

6. Wall Posts On Friends Walls- Find big marketers with status updates. Share a link and comment ex: Hey ____ we are mutual friends of Mike Dillard I know your biggest frustration is finding leaders my video shows how: www.mysite[DOT]com

7. Cross Polinating with other Groups- You must have at least 100 members in your group! Send a message to another group owner: Hey _____, Great group! I was wondering Can I invite my members to join your group and vise versa? I just invited all of my members to join your group. Can you do the same?

You must do these things consistently in order to see any results. That means every day! Keep in mind that these are just a few things that you can do to increase you facebook friends and get people to follow you. You can also start a fan page and I will show you how to do that in another post. Like I Said earlier there is no excuse to not be using facebook to market. You should be doing this as well as at least two other marketing techniques to bring in leads. Remember you can only catch one fish at a time, if you only have one hook in the water.

1. Concentrate on Subject and Headline!
2. Write a headline that compels everyone to continue to email
3. Subject must trigger the action of opening the email
4. No Trickery by writing ads that have nothing to do with your offer. If people feel tricked they will delete it!
5. Read other adsand look ath the ones that made you open the email. Copy and paste Headlines and subjects that work
6.Pose a question that makes people think.

The goal is for them not to prejudge. You just want them to open the email.

*Tip: Write copy as if talking to customer face to face. Be HONEST! Avoid talking at them but rather talking to them. Avoid Complex words and concepts. The more simple the better.

What is an ezine?- Its an electronic magazine sent to poeple who subscribe to it via email. It is delivered to targeted groups. This is huge for targeting ads!

NOTE: You want to find ezines related to your product or service or online business. Make sure you search for ones that are written to attract the target you are focusing on; Online Marketers, MLM, Health Conscience and Fitness

There are two methods when it comes to Ezine Marketing:
1. Free Method- Search google for mlm+ezine or Health+ezine ect.

4 ways to insure your ezine marketing success:

1. Research Ezines for Quality- You must take a look at the amount of readers and types of ads that are in the ezine

2. Copywriting- They must be pulled in and compelled to take action

a. sales ad should be to the point. Not tacky or too salesy. Shot adjitage a frustration that the reads had experienced. Ex: Are you tired of cold calling(MLM)? Are you tired of having high Colesterol (Monavie Pulse)? Are you tired of crashing after drinking an energy drink (Monavie Emv)?

b.Offer a compelling reason or solution to click on link to get to solution. Ex: How would you like to have sustainable natural energy from vitamin B12 and acai berry?

3. Choosing An Ezine- it comes down to 4 key factors

a. Related to Target Audience-Obvious but can be overlooked

b. Budget- ex: “solo ads” can cost $10-$100

c. Number of ads on a weekly or daily basis- too many means your ad will never be seen

d. Quality of Content- most important of the four. It needs to be unique and high quality. As long as you see good quality and there is about 2000 or more subscribers you are in a good place.

4. Subcribe to 15-20 Ezines- This way you will receive a few issues and check out if there are good ads running. You want to create a new email addresss so that the issues are not filling up your regular email.

2 types of ads that you want to utilize in the ezine marketing strategy: Classified ads and Solo/Sponsored ads.

1. Classified Ads- Inexpensive for those who don’t have much of a budget. 4 things to keep in mind with Classified ads

a. 3-5 lines of text. 60-65 characters including headline body and link.

b. The location of the ad will be at the end of the email or in the middle. This makes them good for testing

c. Need a high number of subscribers because of the location they will be less likely to click

d. This also helps you master short copy techniques

2. Solo Ad or Sponsored Ad

a. Top Sponsor Ad- Bread and butter and is included in the newsletter.

b. Middle Sponsor Ad- You have no say in email headline

c. Solo Ad- “The Grandaddy!” Solo Ad by itself you get to write the headline when email is sent to subscriber base. An email is sent by the ezine publisher to the entire mailing list offering only your ad. It costs $50-$75 or more for one email, but its sent separately from their normal mailing schedule.
